Hi

sinve I moved to Sky we've had issues where the WiFi signal is not as strong as it used to be. Patches in the house of no or weak signal, screens freezing and things not loading. I upgraded to Sky max broadband and nothing has changed. Am I supposed to get a new hub? If not, I'm not sure what I'm paying extra for?

Unfortunately we never had any issues like this with BT.
