&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive tried all the help guides and the sky app is sayong my wifi is all good but we have had 2mbs all day and now the teles not working. The app is infuriating and this is going to stop me from working from home can anyone help. We pay for gigafast and the speeds today have been embarrassing for no issues. Nothing has cjanged in the house so its definitely not a in house set up issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No help from Sky&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;justlots a conflicting advice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;buy a booster&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;dont use a booster&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;skh will send a booster&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;increase broadband speed to 1000&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;dont increase speed because that won't help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im left now airing for an engineer in two days time with broadband not working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
