Yesterday I was asked how much I àm paying my present broadband and and TV package it's £78 including sky and TNT sports and TV package.

Yesterday I was asked how much I àm paying my present broadband and and TV package it's £78 including sky and TNT sports and TV package. This was in comparison to Sky broadband & TV at £102 I went to the new provider as they were including Sky and TNT. Their Customer Service like my new provider uses a BOT. No human at all. It's appalling.

I would come back to Sky, but my present provider will want me to pay a get out clause and I don't think Sky Will cover it.

If you're referring to a switching credit Sky would only pay up to £100 in credit for broadband and up to £100 in credit for TV. You need to pay the initial termination fees. Please read below about Sky switching credit
