topic WiFi in Broadband

We recently have had ski fitted into our home and the wifi has never been great. I have followed all the steps suggested - turning it on and off again, ensuring everything is plugged in properly and then running the speed test which is apparently good but the wifi box keeps going red, then flashing green l, then back to white. This keeps happening over and over again so we can't actually use the wifi.

Or you can try it yourself.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
