      <title>Broadband &amp; network issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had Sky fibre installed Monday &amp;amp; both broadband &amp;amp; network keep dropping. Connection to Q box keeps being lost approx every 30 minutes or more often.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Repeatedly manually reconnecting &amp;amp; works but drops out again sometimes as soon as 5 minutes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd like an engineer to come and sort it as we've followed all the instructions repeatedly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
