The Outreach man came today and activated the connection box, is there any possibility of it being moved as it's right outside the downstairs toilet

There is a possibility of it being moved but it usually comes at a cost and may involve further drilling or cable runs inside your home.

I'm a bit confused here, I thought I was making a request for my box to be moved but apparently I have ended up in a chat group???

I so hate all the online stuff, I don't understand it

@Outreach If you call sky to talk to them then when it say's can direct you to the Forum say NO, stay on the line and eventually you may get to speak to a person!
