Hello I've restarted my router I've turn it off and back on I've forgot network password on my phone and the WiFi is still not working on my phone or Xbox I have tested everything still nothing I had it installed yesterday

@Grace871 So you have the Black SR203 Sky Broadband Hub with all four lights on the front off it full Green, the only issues you have are 1 phone not connecting and 1 XBox not connecting and assume you are trying to do both wireless wi-fi connection. Everything else is connected and working, would this be correct statement or not?
