Hi,

I had sky fitted last week and it works okay on my phone for WiFi but when I work from home it disconnects every minute from the internet and I am having to use hotspot on my phone.

I have spoken to my IT and they looked at the logs and said the Wireless LAN Adapater WiFi has IPv6 information around 3 lines when it should only be 1 line for IPv6 and 1 line for IPv4 and that the router needs to be reconfigured.

@Loren_S That is your sky service package, black or white hub installed from sky! White is the sky Max hub, will have SR213 on it!

And black is the Sky Broadband Hub, SR203 on it!

@Loren_S Does you supplied company laptop have an Ethernet port for a cable connection o that White sky Max hub that you can use?

Also do you per chance connect via a VPN to your companies system!
