      <description>&lt;P&gt;Red light&amp;nbsp; usually&amp;nbsp; means&amp;nbsp; that&amp;nbsp; there is a break&amp;nbsp; in the fibre optic cable&amp;nbsp; somewhere&amp;nbsp; outside&amp;nbsp; and you are not getting&amp;nbsp; the connection&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
