      <title>Amber light on modem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, my fibre broadband isn’t working. The Openreach ONT has a &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;red LOS light&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;PON light is off&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. I’ve already restarted the ONT and checked the fibre cable connection. Power is fine, but the ONT can’t see the fibre signal. This is almost certainly an Openreach line fault, however I have been told my broadband provider must log it with Openreach for an engineer to investigate.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ive tried multiple times to get through to someone at Sky but each time I am directed to call the same line, run a service test and because the test is coming back clear I can't get through to anyone. The line just cuts and says goodbye!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does anyone have any suggestion. Thanks in advance!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
