    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm currently being asked to return my booster but the services haven't been cancelled. I'm not sure why I need to return anything whilst I'm still paying for the services?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4477051"&gt;@Siobhan163&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;We would normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team, but unfortunately the process is currently not available. We were expecting its return a few weeks ago but don’t have a timeframe for it being available again. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the meantime you can perhaps contact Sky by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by phoning in. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you! Sky confirmed this is a technical error and all packaging etc and requests can be ignored. Shame to have wasted the materials in posting everything out, but sometimes these things can't be helped!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
