    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the links, I have tried both and sky message says that their test system is not available so try later, with that message plus the internet being down already, I am assuming that the original issue was not fixed adequately, thank you once again for your advice&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The internet was down from Friday midnight to Sunday morning (36hrs), it went back on but has now gone off again, I checked on the sky website and they said there are no issues - but this does seem a coincidence that it has gone again. &amp;nbsp;In my area we are having many fibre upgrades - has a cable been chopped?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
