      <title>No wifi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wi-Fi went off on 7/9... called engineer who came on 11/9.... had no WiFi all week but on engineer arrival it worked again. Engineer said there was a fault 2.5m away but couldn't find anything so assumed it was wiring and tidied up but didn't replace anything. Since then it has been on and off faulty several times a day, going off for up to 10mins every time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Done the online checker which says nothing is wrong but I have no internet while it says this. There is clearly a fault somewhere so would now like this issue resolved urgently as for the last week I have paid for a service that I have not had&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;look forward to you resolving this issue very soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
