topic Buffering Tv Picture in Broadband

Since we've got Sky all of our teles, 1 x Sky Glass, 2x Sky Stream Pucks, seem to buffer on the picture.

Worse in apps so assuming it's something to do with signals. However, even standard tele, the picture will continuously pause & the sound continue until it catches up with itself.

Happens on average twice every 10 mins, unbelievably irritating.
Other than resetting our box & the pucks every day, Any suggestions?

What is your broadband speed, sky remand for the sky glass tv to watch in uhd a minimum of 35mps and hd channels 25mps and the same for the puck, you can see what speeds you are getting on both by opening Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network to see what they speed is also the more devices that you have connected to the Internet the more the signal is weaked to each device, over the wifi, and where possible a ethernet connection is more stable than WiFi, I have two 55inch sky glass tvs a puck, 43inch lg tv sky live camera, smart meter, freesat, Xbox, laptop, tablet, 3 mobile phones, 3 alexas, home p c and have had no problems, i am on gigafast broadband 900mps full fibre to the property so that helps, I am just a fellow customer like yourself on here as we all are on here we are nothing to do with sky
