    <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband went down a few days ago. I've done all the usual steps. I tested broadband, booked an engineer (as requested, I problem was found) and every time I look to track order it says canceled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power and Pon lights working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Los is off and Lan is now off after flashing for most of yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Send help, semoga i Have A son with an important online game appointmen. Anyone with gamers at home will understand&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky normally quote 2 WORKING DAYS as a potential fix time. This is the service level agreement in the UK between ISP's and Openreach for fixing a fault as Openreach claim to be successful within that timeframe in 85+% of cases.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Im afraid gaming will not bring any extra or quicker support.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
