There seems to be an issue with my wifi and I think it's to do with the little white box thats plugged into the router as there is a red light on the LOS part of the white box and an orange light on the VOICE part of the router

@Ruth103 Yes you have a broadband issue, with the RED on the ONT Los (Loss of signal) then there is NO light on the Fibre from the Home to the Exchange, so your Internet is down as indicated by the Orange Voice light, but surprised your Hub Internet light has not gone out or went Amber to indicate also.

If you run the sky Service Checker it may show if it is an Area Fault that sky are Aware off, but that does take some time before sky get to know, so if just happened it may take sometime to indicate if any specific fault is known!

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

LOS or loss of service needs reported to sky . Try running the service checker on your my sky app. If initially you get green ticks n the service checker click on your broadband speed and click test my connection or check my broadcnd inside the blue box
