Issues with one app on a device is definitely nothing to do with them. Sky's network does handle routing but most VPNs are coded in such a way the ISPs simple send the data to the IP address the app gives them.

Overnight I'm having DNS issues blocking my work VPN. Has all worked fine. Sky say no problem. Open reach say problem fixed. It isn't. Definitely not an issue with work VPN; all my colleagues have no issues accessing. Is there any way I can solve this? Thanks.

@Chrisee Thank you. I really do think it's a problem with the router blocking the dns. I can connect no problem via my phone hotspot. WiFi seems slow too. I've reset the router multiple times.

@Community Has anyone else had this issue?
