      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just had fibre hub connected . Engineer could not access the password on Tv . I have no landline . I'm not getting emails and the network is not connecting . I can't get through to sky other than the virtual assistant which is hopeless . Very upset and annoyed at being left like this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
