I set this up over the phone and it was ment to be taken out off my bank every 13th witch it has not been cus my internet has been cut off so are you able to put it all back on

The 13th isn't until Saturday a day the payment would be taken on so it would be on Monday at the earliest that it would be taken so what shown on your bill here:

Are you saying your broadband has been suspended due to this or could it be that there is a fault on the line that is causing this.

My internet has been turned off for 114 overdale road. tS3. 7DX I owe £244. Pound which I can pay on Friday in full. However I home school my daughter as she is disabled and I need internet in order for her too do school work I have already had. A warning today from school that my child carnt miss anymore I am a single parent I don't have internet on my phone I have nipped to my friends to message you as I have tried to ring you and carnt get through. I would be very great full if someone can help me and a exitison can be put on until Friday until payment is made thank you for reading. I can aslo show my proof of my child I alsso get dla and careers for he which I can send her details and I am happy for you to check
