You can check the speed of the connection from the exchange to your hub by looking in the service checker in the My Sky app as Sky measures thst daily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the cable is not direct but perhaps linked to a WiFi extender or you are using powerline adapters then those are the likely cause.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
