In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

If you cancel at such short notice Sky will charge you £25.,

I didn't want that time and date in the first place. The Sky man on the phone said he done it by accident and was trying to change date
