&lt;P&gt;We obviously know nothing about the reason for the call or why it didn't happen. It's best for you to initiate contact again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Multiple forum posts woul suggest that promised callbacks don't always happen.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's also important to recognise that scammers frequently offer callbacks when their initial calls is rebuffed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
