      <description>&lt;P&gt;We live in a small 3 bed semi detached house with sky broadband but the connection drops out a lot and especially in my daughters bedroom. She's not furthest from the hub or anything like that. She's in fact fairly near underneath. Can you please let me know why this is. Small house as mentioned&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. I have done all of above and refuse to pay more for a service that should work pretty well in a small house.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the feedback and I think it maybe a move to another provider as it's so bad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
