&lt;P&gt;If the line is dropping the service checker may pick up thecfault and offercto book an engineer to check your line. The fact you use your line for work does not increase the priority of what is sold as a domestic connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having issues with connection frequently, I tried restarting/resetting etc but it happens again now and then and work again later. I am using it for a year now and stoped contacting the support due to the wait time. I need a technician to come and look at the connection and modem/router to make sure there is no issues. I face this issue mostly during day time while working, also sometimes while playing Games. I am using the 1 GBPs connection&lt;/P&gt;</description>
