      <title>No internet</title>

      <description>We currently have no Internet. The router shows only the 1st and 3rd light green the 2nd Internet light is flashing red. We have tried switching off and also resetting. Nothing works. Your online service checker shows we have an issue and then when i go through lets fix it, it tests and says there are no issues- when there clearly are. Please could you get this sorted .</description>
