WiFi is the most likely cause as wifi interference tends to increase at peak times as your neighbours increase their usage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Improving WiFi in your home is the best solution but rebooting the hub can help temporarily. In the inlikely event it is an issue with your line run the service checker in the My Sky app as Sky test the connection daily and should show any issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, but its not peak times when this is an issue, its 10pm or later so don't think the neighbour thing is an issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just me and my wife at home so not a multiple device use issue either. Have run the line checker many times with mixed results, but not late at night so will try that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have rebooted the router many times also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The speeds I mentioned in the original post were from fast.com which a sky operative asked me to use for another issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
