      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4472808"&gt;@Bethaniemae123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the memory location used to strore passwords on devices can get corrupted. Telling the device to forget the connection then fully rebooting the device should clear that issue if its the cause. Factory resetting the Alexa device is another method.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Howver it is quite easy to misread a 0 or 1 for a O or I and Sky seem to use both in default passwords despiye this being an accessibility issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
