Hi. I am trying to get into the Sky Router to reset the WiFi channel to 2.4ghz so I can add my new camera doorbell. Has anyone done this before? Thanks

I tried this. I opened up and clicked on WiFi Channel. It asks for username and password. I put in Router wireless name then I put in Router password. All as on the card I got. It won't accept the information I'm putting in. I have tried it 6 times now. Still won't work. Is it another username and password besides the router card? I have connected other items to the router with this information all ok. So it must be a different username and password I need? Thanks

@Steveie53 On the SR203 the user name is the word admin just as you see it, no caps no nothing.

The password is the information on the label and say's password, 12 characters and same just as you see it, caps are caps, lowercase is lowercase and watch numbers or letters as an O can look like a zero.
