    <description>Keep losing WiFi the moment I move into my bedroom its a continuous thing it keep happening have done all the trouble shooting and now it keeps saying connection failed and it wont connect to my mobile phone ive reset the router turned it off at the mains ran a test through it still not working dont know what else to do</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4336581"&gt;@Charc8526&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you have both Wireless wi-fi and mobile data turned on in the phone, then try turning off the mobile data on the mobile, see if the wireless wi-fi manages to stay connected to the mobile, if the signal is ok but weaker at the bedroom area, all you can do is look to either boost wi-fi to there, or reposition the sky hub to give more coverage at the location!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
