I'm paying for sky boost, but just found out it's some sort of additional box of which I dont have and have never used, I dont even remember ordering.

How do I get a replacement

@marshonwins If you have had the old boost package for years now, and feel the need for getting wi-fi in the hard to reach area, then SE210 was the booster that sky used to supply, now old and superseeded so call to sky and see what they can do for you! Do you know which sky Hub that you have, see the link below so you can go look see and say which is yours! Also the link to the bossters so you can look at also.

Broadband Boost is a subscription supplement which offers booster hardware loan (and used to include Parental Controls)

Boosters are despatched on request under the terms of the WiFi Guarantee: no additional hardware is sent by default.

I have the top right broadband hub, I looked at the boosters and dont remember ever receiving one.

@marshonwins You may not have, it was pay and if needed sky would send, so if not sent then you may not physically have one, trouble will be trying to get one from sky, but you do want to get the Sky Broadband Booster from the above link, and Model's are SE210/SE210a, the "a" NOT having an Ethernet port but they will be very thin on the ground and it's for sure a call to sky to get one!
