It will go green again when the issue is fixed, could be anything but the unit is not authenticating back on the OR side! You could try the ONT off for 5 mins but if it comes back on RED then it's either a call to sky or a wait to clear!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>PON light is red on openreach box inside house, unplugged and rebooted everthing but still no change, ran test through sky and there is no outages or issues apparently</description>
