I swapped over from Virgin to Sky BB - absolutely no issues with Virgin. Sky however.....constant dropping of intrernet connection - did all the things they say. Not a jot of difference. I want to quit this shoddy service & go back to virgin [removed]

I was with Virgin Media 5+ year and recently switched to Sky Full Fibre 500 and really impressed with their internet connection. Kids are really appreciating the lower ping times for their online games. Also Sky speed is consistent when Virgin Media was a bit wild on my Coaxial connection.

Your issue with Wi-Fi is different story than internet connection. Virgin Media and Sky have their own routers and each have their own perks.

Do you recall which internet package and router you had on Virgin Media and also what colour router you have with Sky?
