topic WiFi not working on ring door ellu in Broadband

It was working well earlier today when set up. Suddenly cut out and the device said poor WiFi / no WiFi connection. Tested WiFi speed on sky app and this says all good. I have had issues before when using my phone; partners phone & a firestick at the same time. Why is this happening with only 3 devices connected. The router is 5-10 metres from the ring door bell and downstairs next to all our devices plugged in.
