&lt;P&gt;If there is a known area outage the Service checker in the My Sky app would tell you. However the recent heavy rain will inevitably cause faults with some partial fibre connections as water, copper phone lines and high frequency electrical dignals dont mix well. if it continues talk to Sky but Openreach only send our engineers where the number of drops goes above 10 a day or where the autimatic kit managing the line stops being able to stabilise the connection. This does not apply to full,fibre connections&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
