    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have been a Sky customer for some time. I have just taken delivery &amp;amp; installed a replacement router. I was advised that a new router was required following connection problems with the old one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the connection does seem a little slow (at times). I also have an extender in an outbuilding. This extender, together with the original router always performed well until recently. This stopped working all together and I was advised that the new router would rectify the issue. It has not. The Extender can be connected to, but there is no internet. Can you please advise a.s.a.p..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks You&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Which Sky hub &amp;amp; extender do you have? Its likely you have incompatible models.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
