    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky have offered me an upgrade to Full Fibre 150 at a cheaper monthly cost than I'm currently paying for (copper cable) Superfast which includes Sky Talk Anytime. My question is if I upgrade to fibre will I still have a landline? &amp;nbsp;I'm assuming this would simply remain on the Openreach copper network?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the 21st March you informed me that the broadband speed being delivered did not meet you standard. I was offered un upgrade so that the contract speed was being met. I have been trying this morning to take up this offer and made not progress at all speaking to your virtual assistant. Does anyone know how to speak to a human?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
