    <description>&lt;P&gt;So the disconnections have calmed down this morning but the sky q mini box won't connect to the main box, it just keeps asking me if it is a new connection and then says reboot your router, when i do this it still doesn't find the main box even though the network connection is fine, just going round circles how do i fix this please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ever since my black sky q hub was replaced with the white max hub I've been getting problems. Connections seem to drop now on a daily basis and tonight all the time on desktop sky box and sky mini box&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Furthermore the link to my router.io/sky_self_heal_index.jst is of no use as none of the suggested setups match - my phone socket is not used as sky put full fibre in yet all the pictures are of a phone socket. And why is the sky max hub inferior to the one it replaced? The old one had four lights on the front so you could tell if something was orange or green if there was a problem the new one just has a single glowing light. Before it never had any problems now often the mini box sticks on had channels so the range is not as good&lt;/P&gt;</description>
