Dead zones are notvthst unusual with WiFi especially near TVs as the metal in the TV blocks radio waves. Try moving either unit out from behind anything metal Firesticks often needca short HDMI cable to do that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky should ,supply a booster for the Q mini if asked&lt;/P&gt;</description>
