&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, my internet has frequently been turning off for up to a couple of minutes throughout today, with the Internet light on my modem turning orange. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks for any help you can give.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the suggestion. Tried this a few times over the past few days but everything on the Diagnostic through the Sky website comes up all clear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue seems to be intermittent, with the internet shutting down for 30 seconds to a minute on random days. We have had problems on Wednesday 3rd September and Thursday 5th September, which when you are trying to work and hold important calls is the last thing that you want. Any other suggestions on what steps I should follow next?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
