Wifi not connecting to certain devices

I have been running the new white Sky Max box for several months without issue.

Yesterday, 5 devices that had previously connected without issue dropped their connection and would not reconnect.

I have tried rebooting the router and devices, and have lowered security to WPA2, all without success.

The devices in question are 2 Samsung phones which are 3 years old and 3 Eufy security devices which are 6 months old. Several older and newer devices are still connected without issue.

Any ideas anyone? Thanks!

Hi @MikeMX5

Have you tried a full factory reset of the hub by holding the reset button on the rear for 30 seconds?

Do you have any boosters/extenders?
