      <description>&lt;P&gt;Router has green lights following having to restart it. Sky glass TV status says I have connection to broadband router NO connection to internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help. We have only had this TV for a month!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone didn't work but I figured it out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reset the router, checked network settings to find out the info I've said above. Called SKY. I just needed to turn the TV off for 60 seconds then back on! Feel a right dumbo &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":see_no_evil_monkey:"&gt;🙈&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:"&gt;🤣&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;An engineer came put and said I needed a new box ordered the box and still not delivered then my hub had all lights on but as soon as I connected a xbox co sole it then went faulty again? So no new box and still a very bad connection but still taking payment for the broadband??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
