topic Poor connection in Broadband

Whilst every check says our WiFi connection is good, my wife and I regularly have issues with the connection when on Teams calls and the kids always report issues about the connections in their bedrooms.

Is there anything that can be done to improve this please as we already have two boosters?

@MarkW7 a lot depends on the boosters and the model of Sky hub you have. To work properly the boisters must match the hub so the older black hub requires Sky booster SE210 butvtheseboosters dont work with the new white Sky Max hub which requires its own matched pod boosters. Neither are likely to work efficently with third party boosters.

Even if the combination does match the boosters need careful placement as to work properly they needcaxstrong wifi connection to the hub so. Should be no more than halfway between the hub and where you nedd the boost.
