Disabled my WiFi

My connection was poor so I disabled my WiFi on mysky app to restart it to see if that worked (I have sky stream) now I can't connect back to anyning. I.e iPhone, sky stream and PlayStation. What can I do to fix it

Presumably that was on a Max Hub. Logically it's quite difficult to use a wireless device for anything once WiFi is disabled, so if you don't have any devices capable of an ethernet connection you'll need to hardware reset the Hub to re-enable WiFi.

Press and hold the WPS button on the side until the LED flashes, and then release it.

This takes at least 10 seconds.

I've also disabled my WiFi using the my sky app. I've connected to my hub via ethernet. How do I enable my WiFi again?

Omg I've just done this, trying to outsmart my son. Now can't reconnect anything

@Becky138 to reset the white hubs press and hold the WPS button in for up to 30 seconds until the led flashes green. You can also access the hub's settings in the My Sky app by using a mobile connection.

If you have a black hub press and hold in the reset pin until the power led flashes the release which takes up to 20 seconds..
