Hi,

I have recently upgraded from superfast broadband to full fibre 500, do I get a new hub to go with it as I have the 1 that came with the superfast package? Thanks.

Do you have the black upright sr203 at the minute ? There had been stock issues for a while with the sky max hub but that seems to have been rectified. Fingers crossed 🤞

That is correct, the black, upright (always falling over) sr203 hub. Do they send out automatically per chance?

You should have been notified on signing up which hub you would get. It may be in your sky account or my sky app . Any new hub is despatched to be with you up until the day before activation
