Ive been on phone to sky for 50 minutes and they are now sending me a new router but think this is so wrong that I pay for the speed checker and nothing is done unless I phone up and complain which takes for ever .

Trying a new sky Hub is one way to go and hopefully they did run a test to see if they spotted anything with there version off more advanced testing!
