VPN NOT CONNECTING to WiFi

I work from home and I've got an issue with my WiFi - my work requires an IPv4 physical adapter address

I can't connect to the WiFi without resetting the router and the booster every time and it's increasingly annoying.

How can I get this fixed with sky so I can connect to the WiFi? I've tried with work and they have told me that sky need to fix this issue
