Hi I'm looking to move my broadband installation date but having no luck online

@Kenny6 most broadband installs involve Openreach and moving one of their appointments often involves cancelling and rebooking with a 14 day delay.

However I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

@Mandy108 If you cannot change it via your account online, then you need to give skt a call to book it asap for you! but all the ways to try and contact if you need below!
