      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried removing the power of your Sky Glass TV.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then do a clean restart of your router, either from your router online menu or do a power restart.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only power up the Sky Glass TV, once the router is back up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes with an intermittent drop in a router connection, the router may not have come back cleanly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's the broadband it keeps dropping my fibre connection from the box is working but the router keeps dropping out just dine it again twice sky briadband is rubbish should have stayed with bt never had this problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
