      <description>Hi, I have full fibre 500. I have done speed checks and getting nowhere near to the minimum guarantee 400. I am a new customer and very disappointed, I may cancel and go back to virgin.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've run a test on ethernet and getting 390mb/s download and 534mb/s upload. The engineer connected with an old non-cat 5e lead. Short cables even not Cat5e spec will exceed your speed, ONT will be syncing at 1Gb/s Nic to wan port!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wireless wi-fi testing will be fine you just have to know the what/why/when and have the device/testing done same way, one butt in and testing can be up/down all over the place network is a shared resource every device get's serviced as quick as the hub can do it but you don't get to wait 20mins while it makes it's mind up!!!!.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
