&lt;P&gt;If it doesnt then you can call Sky but shether they can get Openreach to take action will depend in the number of linecdrops and how long they have been happening as the automatic line management systems are designed to stabilise the line by slightly reducing speeds and engineers are only deployed where that has not worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
